RANNA GHARER RANI, an innovative Cooking Contest, was organized with great fanfare on 4th Aug. morning by NRITYA GATHA Founders Indranil and Shilpa Mukherjee at KOLKATA DELIGHT, Newtown.
12 talented members of NRITYA GATHA took part in this cooking contest judged by celebrity mentor Rupparna Bhattacharya.
The gala occasion was graced by a host of dignitaries like Hon. MLA Tapas Chatterjee, Zilla Parishad Jahanara Bibi, ex-player Kalyan Lodh, popular actress Moubani Sorcar, Tapan Mondal and others.
Anisul Alam (Founder of KOLKATA DELIGHT) hosted a sumptuous lunch for all. NRITYA GATHA is devoted to upliftment of culturally talented yet under-privileged persons of all ages.
Founders Indranil and Shilpa Mukherjee stated that NRITYA GATHA is also very much involved in various social welfare initiatives like animal care, tree plantation, ecological balancing, cancer patients care, etc. for holistic development of the society.
4th Aug. Cooking Fiesta by NRITYA GATHA was dedicated to the fond memory of Indranil’s mother. The participants of NRITYA GATHA’s cooking Contest were Sonali Mitra, Ruma Roy, Shilpa Mukherjee, Priyanka Sarkar Chatterjee, Priyanka Kashyapi, Arti BaBaria, Sanghamitra Banerjee, Shatarupa Chowdhuri, Pinki Saha, Monalisa Saha, Soumodipa Ghosh and Poulomi Nath.
