A Pranic Healing Session was organized by Rotary Club of Calcutta Universe at Kolkata Police Hospital on 14th August, 2024 for children affected by thalassemia. The session offered a complementary approach to support their health and well-being.
Pranic Healing, a form of energy healing, aims to balance and harmonize the body’s energy, promoting physical and emotional wellness.
The session was conducted by Rotary Club Of Calcutta Universe’s Chairperson (Wellness and Therapy) Rtn. Payal Varma. She used specific techniques to cleanse and energize the children’s energy fields, potentially alleviating symptoms and enhancing their overall vitality. This holistic approach provided a sense of calm and relaxation to the children to cope with the challenges of thalassemia.
On this occasion, food items and National Flag badges were distributed amongst the children, medical and non-medical staff and the care givers of the Hospital.
